Wednesday, 4 February – Crisis‑management scenarios.
Today the programme moved to the CUGC campus in Aranjuez for one of the most immersive sessions of the week. Within the framework of the LEADER Project, participants explored an innovative approach to strategic decision‑making through scenario‑based exercises specifically designed for law enforcement training.
Throughout the day, Saudi officers ?? worked in the CUGC’s Educational Innovation Room, applying the intelligence‑led policing model to complex crisis‑management situations.
This methodology—central to the LEADER project—places officers in realistic, high‑pressure environments where analytical skills, leadership, coordination and strategic thinking converge.
A hands‑on experience that strengthens core competencies and reinforces the importance of adaptable, intelligence‑driven leadership in public security.
